How Booking Works
1. Check availability
Send a short request with your dates and a few details about your dog. No records or uploads needed for this first step.
2. We review your request
We’ll check availability and fit, then contact you with pricing and next steps.
3. Complete onboarding
If accepted, complete the full client application, provide required records, and arrange a meet & greet if needed.
4. Confirm your reservation
Complete the required payment to secure your dates. An inquiry alone does not confirm a booking.

Yes. Puppy Care is +$15 per dog, per calendar day for dogs under 12 months, added to the selected service rate. Puppy boarding totals are Essential $64, Comfort $74, and Penthouse $84 per calendar day.

Boarding is billed per calendar day.

For 1–4 calendar days, 100% is due at booking. For 5+ calendar days, a 50% non-refundable reservation deposit is due at booking and the remaining 50% is due at drop-off. For all bookings, including stays paid in full, 50% of the total is the non-refundable reservation portion. Reservations require approval and the required booking payment.

All vaccines need to be up to date and must be wearing a flea and tick preventative.

The 50% reservation portion is always non-refundable. If you cancel at least 7 days before scheduled drop-off, any amount already paid above that portion is refundable. If you cancel less than 7 days before drop-off, the full amount already paid is non-refundable. A one-time transfer or credit for a repeat client may be offered at our discretion and is not guaranteed. See our Policies page for full details.
