All boarding is billed by calendar day. Your total is based on the reserved dates confirmed before booking. Additional care, holiday pricing, and optional services may affect your quote.
A stay with room for both play and rest
We learn about your dog’s feeding schedule, comfort preferences, and usual routine before their stay. Time for supervised interaction is balanced with rest. Crate and sleeping arrangements are discussed around your dog’s needs and selected package.
Small-group care still requires a good match. Please share any resource guarding, separation anxiety, health concerns, or history of difficulty with other dogs so we can discuss whether this environment is suitable.
From your first inquiry to drop-off
- Request your dates. Use the short availability form; no records or uploads are needed for this first step.
- We review availability and fit. We’ll contact you with pricing and next steps.
- Complete onboarding. If accepted, provide the full application and required records, arrange a meet and greet if needed, and complete payment to confirm your reservation.
Payment & cancellations
1–4 calendar days: 100% due at booking. 5+ calendar days: 50% non-refundable reservation deposit due at booking; remaining 50% due at drop-off.
For all bookings, 50% of the total is the non-refundable reservation portion, even when paid in full. Cancel at least 7 days before drop-off: any amount already paid above that portion is refundable. Cancel less than 7 days before drop-off: the full amount already paid is non-refundable. A one-time repeat-client transfer or credit is discretionary and not guaranteed.
Dog boarding questions
What should I bring?
Bring enough of your dog’s regular food for the stay, their leash, and any medications in the original labeled container with written instructions. Tell us about bedding, crates, or comfort items you’d like to bring.
Which vaccination records are required?
Current Rabies, DHPP/DAPP, and Bordetella records are required before care begins. Dogs must meet the health and parasite-prevention requirements in our policies.
Can we meet before booking?
Meet and greets are offered by appointment and may be required depending on your dog’s needs. A meet and greet does not guarantee acceptance.
Do you accept puppies or dogs with special care needs?
Puppy Care is +$15 per dog, per calendar day for dogs under 12 months, added to the selected service rate. Puppy boarding totals: Essential $64, Comfort $74, and Penthouse $84 per calendar day. Tell us about health, routine, and special care needs when you inquire; acceptance and any additional special care pricing are discussed before confirmation.
Does sending an inquiry reserve my dates?
No. Your reservation is confirmed only after approval and the required payment. We’ll explain your total and next steps before you commit.
